Centre for the technology of the reception and transportation of RW and radiation emergency service

• The whole package of technical-organizational and preliminary works for on-time disposal of radwaste and ionizing radiation sources
• Organization and immediate transportation of RW and ionizing radiation sources with the help of special auto transport from organizations and sites in Moscow, its suburbs and the Central Russia regions;
• Decontamination and recultivation works, liquidation of anthropogenic radioactive pollution effects. Reception and generalization of all the received information about radiation environment in Moscow and in the region as well as its transfer to the “United Moscow system of monitoring in emergency situations’.

Centre for radiation-ecological safety

• Technical policy on questions of personnel radiation safety while carrying out activities with radioactive materials, ionizing radiation sources, radwaste, also while radiometry and ionizing radiation protection;
• Control of execution of radiation safety legislative acts and standards;
• Participation in research and development of up-to-date methods and means of radiation control;
• Statistic registration of personnel individual doses, transfer of individual dosimetry control data to Gossanepidnadzor bodies.

Centre for metrology, standardization and certification of ecological and technological activity

• Metrological provision;
• Elaboration of necessary documents and implementation of standards and quality systems at the enterprise;
• Activities on accreditation of the enterprise departments;
• Certification of products and services; formation of normative-technical documentation system.

Radiation-analytical expert Centre

• Informational support of radioecological monitoring within the Moscow limits and its suburbs, works on connection of the FSUE RАDON information system with systems of radiation control and ecological monitoring in the country’s territory;
• Design and development of expert systems in radioecological monitoring;
• Analysis, sampling of environment including waste disposal facilities in Russia.

Research Centre for geoecology and rehabilitation of territories

• Engineering-ecological assessment of the RАDON combines’ location areas for the purpose of their environment impact detection and development of scientific and technical activities on RW disposals safety;
• Complex geological and ecological research on justification of RW disposal safe conditions, cleanup of territories and radwaste storages.

Department of patent and license activity

• Legal protection of industrial property objects of the enterprise (as inventions);
• Revelation, execution and transfer of invention applications in the name of FSUE RАDON into Patent Office of the Russian Federation and other countries;
• Fulfillment of obligations under contracts and agreements with foreign companies.

Moscow research radioecological Centre
(created on the decision of the Moscow Soviet Executive Committee of 13.04.1990 and the Protocol №8-183/0 of 12.04.1990 “On the radiation situation monitoring in Moscow”)

• Radioecological monitoring of radiation state of the Moscow environment objects, assessment of radiation factors impact on different groups of people subject to their life activity;
• Creation and support normal functioning of the data bank on radioecological factors of different environment objects and forming of population radiation doses.

Regional information and analytical Centre for registration and control of radioactive materials and waste
(created on the order №7-95 of 16.06.2005 of the Department of Housing and Communal Services and Municipal Improvements of Moscow)

• Maintenance of the state RW and radioactive materials registration and control system in the Moscow region
• Transfer of complete and reliable information to CIAC (Central Information Analytical Centre), the Moscow Government, Chief Directorate of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergency Management and Natural Disasters Response and other organizations in interest.

Pilot Plant of application radiochemical technologies

• Carrying out of complex activities on reception, processing, conditioning, disposal and long-term storage of radwaste coming to FSUE RАDON;
• Implementation of new technological processes and pilot RW treatment installations;
• Technological and development works on designing and improvement of RW processing methods.

Centre for development of RW neutralization technologies and analytical control

• Analysis of new RW processing methods and advancement of existing ones, development works and elaboration of methodical materials on implementation of these procedures;
• Methodical assistance to specialized organizations of Russia on adoption of modern RW neutralization methods;
• Preparation of cooperation agreements with Russian and foreign associations on radwaste treatment issues.

Centre for work with personnel and social development

• Personnel selection, placing and accounting;
• Training of staff accepted for employment;
• Increasing of the staff’s professional knowledge and skills level;
• Study of the personnel’s main social needs and problems;
• Organization of the staff’s guaranteed social maintenance and protection.

Centre for labor protection and personnel rehabilitation

• Organization and coordination of labor protection work at the enterprise;
• Regular control of compliance with the labor protection law of the Russian Federation and fulfillment of requirements of labor protection, fire safety, industrial sanitation, road safety and Rostechnadzor while carrying out all types of activities.

Centre for economics and ecological and technological activity

• Formation of the united economic policy of the enterprise and its analysis;
• Development and execution of perspective and operating plans;
• Technical and economic justification of ecological and technological programs;
• Preparation of the enterprise price policy.

Centre for international co-operation and public relations

• Organization and coordination of the enterprise collaboration with foreign companies regarding RW treatment; reception of foreign  delegations;
• Communication with mass media for the purpose of informing the public with objective data on the enterprise activity, public relations.
